From a UK shelf to your door, still sealed.
Every pack we sell is bought from UK retailers, kept sealed and dispatched from our own stock in Pakistan. Here is each step, and how to check the pack that reaches you.

01 — The journey
Every step, still sealed.

01 Bought (done)
We buy every pack from UK retailers, at the same shelf as any UK shopper. We keep the invoice for every batch, so each pack can be traced to where we bought it.

02 Stored (done)
In our own stockroom in Pakistan. Packs stay in their original packaging, out of direct sun, until your order is packed.

03 Delivered (done)
By courier, still sealed. The maker’s seal is still on the pack when it reaches you. You are the first person to open it.
02 — Sold as bought
What we never do.
We are a shop, not the maker. Our job is to get the maker’s pack to you exactly as it left the shelf.

- Never. The maker’s seal stays on until you break it.

- Never. Every product stays in its original packaging.
- Relabel
- Never. Nothing covers the maker’s label.
- Sell expired
- Never. Each product page shows the best-before of the stock we send.
03 — Batch and best-before
Two dates the maker prints, and why we show them.
- Batch code
- The maker prints it on every pack. It says when and where the pack was made. If you ever contact the maker about a pack, it is the first thing they ask for.
- Best-before
- On each product page we show the earliest best-before of the stock we’re sending, so yours will be that date or later. We never send a pack past its best-before.
04 — Check your pack
Four checks, when it arrives.

The seal or tamper band is unbroken.

A batch code and best-before date are printed on the pack.

The pack matches the photos on its product page.

No. ActivMax is an independent retailer. We buy each brand’s products from UK retailers and sell them sealed in their original packaging. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell.
Do you open packs to check them?
No. Every pack stays sealed, from the shop shelf to your door.
Which best-before date will I get?
Each product page shows the earliest best-before of the stock we’re sending, so yours will be that date or later.
What if the seal is broken when it arrives?
Please don’t use it. Send us a photo of the pack and its seal. A pack that arrives with a broken seal is covered by our returns policy. Returns
